Customer Training Program

CiRBA offers its customers a variety of training options. Courses address a range of topics including policy tuning, workload placement optimization, resource allocation, booking inbound/outbound demand/supply, process workflow and getting to automation.

CiRBA’s technical training courses provide practical, hands-on labs and workshops to ensure graduates are ready to apply the skills and techniques learned in the training in their own environment. Participants will have ongoing access to the material and databases used in the training to further their practice and learning opportunities through continued self-study. These technical training courses combine instructor -led lectures and discussions with practical, hands-on labs and workshops to ensure graduates are ready to apply the skills and techniques learned in the training in your CiRBA production environment.
