CiRBA professional services are focused on enabling our customers to benefit from CiRBA analytics as rapidly as possible. Our methodology is based on our experience in integrating and deploying our technology in some of the world's largest heterogeneous data centers. CiRBA implementation services will not only match analytics to the unique needs of your organization, we provide best practices and guidance around how to best exploit the benefits of analytics in the data center.

The methodology intersperses “just in time” training for targeted resources such that team members have the product knowledge to participate in the planning, configuration, test deployment, and production deployment phases. The end result is a centralized CiRBA competence that covers data collection, administration, template creation and analytics. Also included is consideration for knowledge transfer and training for casual users or executives who will consume targeted content provided by CiRBA Analytics.

High Level Deployment Methodology

Standard Services Phases

Planning workshop:
This session includes key stakeholders from across the IT organization and covers basic education on the technology and its capabilities, the key use cases that drove the purchase and high level goal setting including early win targets. This workshop is also used to identify key participants and roles in the following phases through to production roll out.

Functional and Data Collection Design:
The Functional Design phase uses the high level output of the Engagement Planning Workshop phase to establish a detailed set of requirements and a functional design on which the Overall application and specific Data Collection architecture can be deployed.

Design Validation and Analytics Tuning (Dev/Test):
The capabilities defined and designed in the Functional Workshop are deployed into the non production platform. Once installed, this environment will act as a design environment in order to make adjustments and fine tune analytics to meet the desired use cases.

Production Infrastructure Deployment and Analytics:
Deployment into the production infrastructure and training of broader set of users and information consumers.

Ongoing Tuning and Deployment of Additional Capabilities
As the organization matures its use of the CiRBA technology additional services may be utilized to enable new capabilities, customize templates, analytics and dashboards.
