CiRBA Announces Round of Institutional Funding
EdgeStone Capital Partners Investment Will Accelerate Growth

Toronto, Ontario – Feb 1, 2006 - CiRBA Inc., a leader in Change and Configuration Intelligence, today announced the closing of a $5 million investment from EdgeStone Capital Venture Fund II. In connection with the financing, Bryan Kerdman and Derek Smyth, both partners of EdgeStone Capital Partners, will join the board.
